We're the field school for environmental organizing
Are you passionate about the environment? Are you ready to learn how to run campaigns to help save our last wild places or speed up our transition to clean energy? We offer a year-long training program that will prepare you for a career in environmental organizing.
Get the training and experience you need to kickstart your career
Our program includes intensive classroom training with prominent guest trainers like Bill McKibben, founder of 350.org, and Phil Radford, former executive director of Greenpeace. Then, you’ll receive hands-on experience working with established groups on urgent campaigns promoting clean energy, reforming our food system, solving climate change and more. You’ll learn how to recruit and train volunteers, develop strategic campaigns, build strong coalitions, organize events, gain media coverage, and more.
